My Journey

In 2010, at age 35, I was diagnosed with trigeminal neuralgia, a chronic facial nerve pain condition. My neurologist gave me a quick exam, diagnosed me, prescribed Lyrica, and sent me on my way with no answers on how or why this happened. After reading about Lyrica's harsh side effects, I switched to Tegratol, an anti-seizure medication that I thought would be better, but it wasn’t. The side effects were devastating: I lost my vision, couldn’t drive or work, and had to move in with my boyfriend, who even had to bathe me because I would pass out. After realizing I couldn’t live like that, I quit the medication cold turkey the next day.

That marked the start of my healing journey, which took many twists and turns over the next 10 years. I explored holistic approaches, focusing on the body as a whole instead of just symptoms. An upper cervical chiropractor helped me get off all pain meds, and I was 85% pain-free after a few visits. I had been in multiple car accidents in my teens and 20s, and back then, no one treated minor injuries—they just gave you a neck brace. I dug deep into my emotions, toxins, and traumas, and for years I had no pain. But it would come back suddenly, sometimes severely.

In 2018, the pain returned with no relief from any treatments or diet changes. At one point, the pain was so bad I couldn’t speak. I tried a holistic regimen specifically for trigeminal neuralgia, but it made me suicidal. Desperate, I had an MRI done, only to find out that I never had trigeminal neuralgia at all. This realization shifted my focus to finding the root cause of my pain. I started seeing a chiropractor who worked on my neck and spinal adhesions, and I was finally on the road to recovery.

By 2020, as I trained to become a coach and tapped into my own emotional healing, the pain began to reverse. I faced my trapped emotions and traumas and integrated them, fully supported along the way. Today, I feel better than ever. I’ve realized that trapped emotions and unhealed traumas keep us stuck in pain, depression, and illness.

Now, I live a plant-based lifestyle, eat clean, and rarely drink alcohol. The only plant medicines I use are in ceremonial settings. I’ve dedicated my life to helping others release their trapped emotions and traumas through my Memory Integration Technique, which combines age regression, parts work, and emotional release through breathwork. I’m especially passionate about advocating for men’s mental health and currently offer two programs to support men in rising into their masculine power. If I can help even one person avoid despair, I will have fulfilled my soul’s purpose.
